Commuting & Song- a- palooza!

I was in late last night, so I got to come in late this morning (9am). Let me tell you I missed my earlier commuting crowd. The trains were all so jam packed when I got on them at 8:10. It didn't help that I had a ton of crap with me today, because well I am just important, so I had a lot of crap.

Like:

1. I borrowed Nikki's pants to wear to Monika's "dress up" holiday party this weekend and I am seeing Nikki tonight, so I have them to bring back. (She is coming to visit me tonight while I am working at the GAP till 10!!!)

2. I borrowed Haddy's Christmas Cookie Field Book, and she asked me to bring it in today to return it.

3. Since I went home right after my meeting last night, I had all of the notes and materials for the meeting, that needed to come back to work with me today.

4. I just bought "The Audacity of Hope" by Barack Obama and I am on page 18 and already hooked.
So I had that with me in the hopes that I would read it on the way to work today. But since the train was crowded and I had so much crap with me, I was only able to read a little bit past the prologue.

Anyways, today should be fun fun fun. It's really nice weather out. Like high 50s and sunny and it's supposed to be the same tomorrow. I have a lunch date today with my dentist, it's my first appointment with a new dentist, since I have new insurance at all. Lucky for me MIT has a full dental program on site (in MIT medical) so I don't even have to leave my building to get to my appointment! Wahoo! Hopefully no cavities.

Anyone that knows me, knows that I am a HUGE DMB fan. This song is amazing live. Especially when you're watching from the way back at Giants Stadium and it starts to pour like 5 minutes before they come on stage and then they open with this song... genius. ENJOY!
